Who has access to my charity data?
All new charity users are assigned different privileges depending on what data they need to access:
- Edit charity profile
- Access events & campaigns
- View reports
- Receive remittance advice
- Receive fundraising notifications
- Users (adding new users and managing their access privileges)
How can I get access?
You will need to find out who has access to ‘Users’, ask them to add you as a new user and assign you the relevant privileges from the list above.
Can’t find anyone with access to your charity portal?
Don’t worry - just drop us a line at email@example.com from your charity email explaining this and requesting access.
Every person who has access privileges to mycause should login using their unique email username and password to track all user activity for your security.
Please understand that in order to protect your charity’s data, mycause will not assign access to any user from an email outside of your charity domain.
